Refunds

Last updated 21 September 2026

If SleepLab does not do what the home page says it does, you get your money back. Write to us and say what happened.

Who sells it

The sale is handled by Lemon Squeezy, LLC as Merchant of Record. They take the payment, issue your receipt and handle VAT. Refunds go through them, but you ask us: we answer faster and we can often fix the problem instead.

Your right to withdraw

As a consumer in the EU you normally have fourteen days to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason. Digital content delivered immediately is the exception. Under Art. 59(1)(o) of the Italian Consumer Code, the right ends once delivery has begun, if three things are true:

SleepLab is delivered the moment you pay, so the checkout asks for that agreement and your receipt confirms it.

If any of the three is missing, the right is yours. Write within fourteen days of your purchase and you get a full refund, no reason needed.

When SleepLab does not work

Digital content has to do what it was sold to do. That is the legal guarantee of conformity in the Italian Consumer Code, and a tick box at checkout does not take it away. If the app does not work as described, we fix it or refund you, whenever you tell us. In practice that means:

One case where we will talk to you first rather than refund on the spot: a short report is not a fault. SleepLab only shows a number its data can carry, so a thin history or fewer than about ten logged sessions produces fewer numbers. The home page says so before you buy, and the setup guide explains what to export. If that is what happened, write anyway. Often something is missing from the export and it is recoverable.

How to ask

Email ciao@getsleeplab.com from the address you bought with and say what went wrong. You get an answer within two working days. Approved refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method, usually within five to ten working days depending on your bank.

Your statutory rights under Italian and EU consumer law are unaffected by anything on this page.
